What’s New on the 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback?

While there may be some minor tweaks and enhancements to the performance or features of the 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback, in general this model will offer most of the same value, quality and features as the previous year. We’ve broken it down a little below.

Hatchback Trims

The 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback will be available in several trims. Drivers can find their match in the LX, Sport, EX, EX-L, EX-L Navi and Sport Touring trims. The Type R hot hatch counts as a separate, high performance model, though it is based on the standard Civic.

Powertrain

All models of the 2018 Civic Hatchback will come with a 1.5 liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine. It will be available with a manual or continuously variable transmission (CVT), an be rated either 174 or 180 horsepower, depending on the trim and transmission.

Technology

Attractive interior features will come on all models of the 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback. Even Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility will be available with the seven-inch Display Audio infotainment system standard on the EX trim and above.
