I found these guys online. I was looking for a 2011 or 2012 Civic. I didn't have much credit. I found a Civic that I liked and sent my information in to get approved. Few minutes later I received a call from Harry. He told me that I was approved. I got there, Harry had my car already pulled up. I te...st drove my Civic, was in and out in less than an hour. Plus they gave me free oil changes for life with my car. I still can't believe it. Great people, great service!!! If you need a GREAT DEAL on a car, go see Harry!!! Show more

Fantastic customer service that is definitely worthy of coming back! Waited nearly 2 weeks for an outside lender to go through the process in order to sell me a vehicle despite there having several people ask about the car I wanted. These people are the nicest to work with! I’m working on my credit and my cars engine was too damaged to trade in. They got me in a 2018 with LOW payments, you won’t find that anywhere else. They also provide service for your vehicle and will allow you to borrow another until your car is ready. ...Ask for Kevin, Alex or Kelli! I will go to them again and AGAIN Show more

Went to few places to browse around for a 2019 Civic and ended up with an awesome deal here. They beat Bob Howard with their price and personality :) Zeff and the manager both were so down to earth and humble about on every aspect. They were also respectful of all our offers and did not HAGGLE at al...l with the amount and was more than reasonable. They really work with you and your situation, give you space and time to think and most above all win you over with their utmost hospitality. Purchasing my new car seemed like a daunting and nerve-wracking task, but Battison Honda made it one of the easiest and best customer service experiences I've had. I recently bought a 2014 Honda Civic and could not be any happier with the decision. Derek was extremely professional and friendly thr...oughout the entire process. He made sure I got what I wanted in a car and really just went above and beyond to accommodate me. I simply walked in on a Thursday and told him what I wanted and test drove the car. Two days later, I came back and purchased the car. I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable. I also met with Anthony J. and Donnie G - also friendly and great to work with.
