2019 Honda Passport Engine Output<\/h2>\n

Drivers with a craving for power will be able to enjoy standard V-6 engine output on the 2019 Honda Passport. This new model\u2019s 3.5-liter V-6 will offer 280 peak horsepower and 262 pound-feet of torque. This engine will be mated to the latest-generation of Honda\u2019s nine-speed automatic transmission. When properly equipped, the 2019 Honda Passport should be able to offer up to 3,500 pounds of towing with front-wheel drive models and 5,000 pounds for all-wheel drive models.<\/p>\n

Off-Road Advantages of the 2019 Honda Passport<\/h3>\n

While the bold standard engine of the 2019 Honda Passport will go a long way to making this crossover capable in many demanding driving environments, this model will also offer other advantages. When equipped with available I-VTM4\u2122 all-wheel drive, the 2019 Passport will use active torque vectoring to send critical toque exactly where it needs to go to offer good traction. Up to 70 percent of torque can be sent to the rear axle, and 100 of that can be designated for the right or left rear wheels.<\/p>\n

Intelligent Traction Management will also be standard on all models of the 2019 Honda Passport, whether or not they are equipped with all-wheel drive. This system even allows drivers to choose settings for normal or snowy driving conditions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
