But knowing the vehicle has this system and knowing what it is and how it works are two different things. So, how does this system work? That\u2019s what you\u2019re about to find out!<\/p>\n

Driving modes in Honda vehicles<\/h3>\n

The Intelligent Traction Management system pairs with the Intelligent Variable Torque Management\u2122 (i-VTM4\u2122) AWD System and is available or standard on the models that have this technology. This traction management system is compiled of different driving modes. Depending on which trim or drivetrain you have on certain Honda vehicles determines how many of these driving modes you\u2019ll have. On some, there are only 2 driving modes: Normal and Snow. On others, you\u2019ll have 4 options: Normal, Snow, Sand, and Mud.<\/p>\n

You can utilize this technology in different driving and road conditions. As you might imagine, this system can be rather handy, especially if you take your vehicle off-road.<\/p>\n

The ITM system is standard or available on a variety of the Honda models. Most notably, the ITM system is standard on all trims of the upcoming 2019 Honda Passport<\/a>, which made its world debut at the 2018 Los Angeles Auto Show late last year. However, this system is also available or standard on the Honda Ridgeline<\/a> and the Honda Pilot.<\/p>\n
