The SEMA Show in Las Vegas is a time when automakers from around the world gather to show off their unique concepts and accessories, and Honda is no exception. We wanted to talk a little about the United States debut of the 2017 Honda Civic Type R Prototype at SEMA 2016 and a little about the Honda vehicles that are making this year’s event\u00a0a Civicpalooza. <\/p>\n

2017 Honda Civic Type R Prototype at SEMA 2016<\/h2>\n

In addition to being a great place to reveal great new accessories that may be available in the new model year, the SEMA Show is often a place where concept cars make their debut. While the 2017 Honda Civic Type R Prototype already made its first appearance this year in Paris, SEMA 2016 is the first time it will be appearing in the United States.<\/p>\n

This new model (that may someday transition into a production model of the Honda Civic<\/a>) is based on the new Civic Hatchback, but features a more powerful muscular body style and aerodynamic features.
