Battison Honda October 13th, 2023 Dear Mr. Battison and the Battison Honda Team, On October 9th, my wife and I looked at the google reviews regarding Battison Honda’s rating, and the curiosity of how many stars versus other Honda stores. We both wanted to know what made Battison a better place to shop than all the others in Oklahoma City. As you will read below you will find why we chose Battison over all the Honda Dealerships in the Oklahoma area. We reached out to Sam, on Monday October 9th, 2023, and spoke with him about what Honda Pilot we were wanting to buy. When we told Sam we wanted a Radiant Red 2024 Honda Pilot Trail Sport, knowing it would be a rare find and a huge task, however based on goggle reviews and speaking with Sam on the phone, I knew Sam was the man for this kind of task. About midweek Sam continued to reach out to us regarding, his results. They were coming empty and eventually my wife decided maybe she should choose a different color. So, we advised Sam a white Honda Pilot Trail Sport, would be fine or one of the other colors that Honda had available would be just as good. I almost wanted to start doubting Sam by midweek, however on Wednesday, when I showed up to Battison Honda, to pick up a rental car, Sam was so gracious to provide for us after we sold the wife’s Audi the same day, he told us that Alex had found the radiant red one in Austin, Texas, and already had the driver in route to go get it. To say the least I was excited myself and it wasn’t even my car. Not only did Sam deliver the exact SUV we wanted, but he also restored our faith back into wanting to do business with dealerships in the future, Sam never tried to pressure us into anything, and felt very comfortable engaging into conversations with him. Based on this letter, Sam’s amazing professionalism, the awesome team at Battison Honda, along with Chris in Finance, who never once made us feel like he was hiding anything while going over the numbers. Grant Skinner helped us a lot in there as well. Thanks Grant! Chris was on point, very professional, and very trustworthy. Chris explained all our options on warranties etc., he was completely upfront about everything and honest. Personally, this is how you do business. Oh, and Sam thank you for keeping the color a secret! It took all I had to keep it from her, so I just kept telling her she was getting a white one instead! She was very surprised and brags now! We bought a 2016 Nissan Maxima. Our salesman Sam Weber was very helpful. He didn’t try to pressure us. Sam showed us the cars that fit our description of what we wanted and didn’t waste our time with anything else. We had some bad experiences with other dealers. The fees were less than other dealers. We tell everyone about our great experience at Battison Honda. I highly recommend them. If you go in, ask for Sam Weber. You won’t regret the experience.
