What Warranties Does Honda Offer?

This is often the warranty buyers think about when choosing their next vehicle. Below we are going to lay out the different warranties Honda offers and what coverage each one offers.
Limited Warranty – This warranty will cover original Honda equipment for up to 3 years or through 36,000 miles. The Honda Limited Warranty offers coverage on the vehicle’s battery, wiper blades, wheel balancing and alignment, and air conditioner refrigerant. Some of these coverages are limited to their own specific timelines.
Powertrain Limited Warranty – This Honda warranty keeps your vehicle’s engine and powertrain covered for 5 years or 60,000 miles. Covered parts and services include the transmission and transaxle, engine components, front-wheel-drive system, and parts of the rear-wheel-drive system. Some coverages are limited to select parts and circumstances.
Accessory Limited Warranty – When you get Honda Genuine Accessories installed on your vehicle at the time of purchase, those parts are covered by this 3-year/36,000-mile limited warranty. Non-Honda-genuine accessories are not covered unless they fall under another applicable warranty.
Replacement Parts Limited Warranty – Replacement Honda Genuine Parts are covered for 1 year. This warranty covers replacement parts that are purchased from and installed by a Honda dealer. Parts replacement and labor are both covered.
Remanufactured Parts Limited Warranty – Any Honda Genuine Remanufactured Parts that you have installed on your Honda vehicle will be backed nationwide for 36,000 miles or 3 years.
