Kevin in the service department has gone above and beyond on several occasions. He does not try to recommend unnecessary service and always treats both me and my wife with courtesy. We came all the way from northwest arkansas planning on purchase of a pre-owned Honda with Fenton Nissan West. We had worked the deal over the phone, and everything was ready to sign. When we got to Okc after driving 4 hours they changed the deal on us and it was alot more then I wanted to pay for ...a pre-owned Honda Ridgeline. The salesman Jonathan said we should go next door to the Honda dealer, and we did. We purchased a 2014 Honda Ridgeline it was exactly the one we wanted and we love it. Thank you for all your help. The salesman assisting my wife and I was extremely helpful and relaxed with us. He did not try to pressure us to do anything, as is usually seen from car dealers. I felt comfortable with my decision in the end and felt like it was truly my decision, instead of being pressured into making a bad dea...l. Show more

My is a very efficient but friendly salesperson. She listened to what I wanted and looked for the car that met my criteria. There was never any pressure to purchase something that wasn't what I wanted. Chris is also friendly and quickly completed the paperwork.

My salesman sat down with me, went over my needs, and immediately found a car that he knew i would love and fit every aspect i asked for.
