Excellent car buying experience. I worked with Zeffelin Wrice and will recommend him to anyone who asks. He's a fantastic salesman. Wasn't pushy and worked with us to get the price right. The van we wanted wasn't on his lot, so he delivered it to us after his workday. He drove 1.5 hours to deliver i...t to our house. I've never seen such service from a car dealer. If we want to get another Honda, I'm calling Zeff! Show more

I was amazed. I walked in at 4:15 and drove off in my new CRV at 6:30. The salesmen were friendly and helpful and expedited my purchase. I drove all the way from Wichita Kansas to have our vehicle serviced. I called several Honda dealers in Kansas, Nebraska, and Oklahoma trying to get a straight answer. I used to work as a service consultant, I know dealership business. Mike, service manager, and Ryan, service consultant, were honest..., courteous, and handled our concerns professionally. I have bought a lot of vehicles over the years... I have never had a positive buying experience such as my last at Battison Honda. On my first visit I was greeted by Donnie Graham who respected my request for no pressure sales; he was fantastic. He never even asked for my phone number, just please... ask for him when I came back. I did come back, about 5 more times before I made my final decision and he was patient with me every time. I also met Anthony Jew on my first visit, he also made my wife and I feel very welcome with no pressure. On yet another occasion I met Shane Majors who again was pleasant, helpful, and patient as Janel and I made our decisions. As the deal was closing I can't think of one time in my past buying experiences where I was ever as comfortable and happy with the progression of the deal. We came with our numbers based on valid research and knew what we needed and they all respected that we were knowledgeable customers. Our financial completion was with Joe Ford and he was informative, helpful and again not pushy in any way. He was fantastic. I am driving the new car, am completely happy, feel like I was respected as a buyer and valued as a customer. I whole-heartedly endorse Battison Honda as the best place to buy your next vehicle. Found a couple of their cars online and wanted to see what i might be able to get. Battison’s prices were the best in town. After some some looking at their large inventory i found something and took it home the same day! My salesman, Kelby was surprisingly knowledgeable about many different makes... and models.
